A baseline survey was conducted in Kisumu County, specifically in Kisumu East Sub-County at Kajulu, to establish initial socio-economic and demographic conditions, assess community needs and existing resources, and provide a reference point for planning, implementation, and future evaluation of development interventions in the area.
